IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING ACQUISITION OF DEEDS AND DOCUMENTS FROM ROSE LAWYERS

Mahons with Yuncken & Yuncken Lawyers (“Mahons”) has acquired all of the existing safe-custody documents of clients held by The 5th Element Alliance Pty Ltd (ACN 620 255 932) and Phillip Gallo & Associates Pty Ltd (ACN 644 675 427) trading as “Rose Lawyers” and “Rose Lawyers and Conveyancers” (“Practices”).

As at 25 January 2023, we have written to the last known addresses of the former clients of the Practices to let them know that we will continue to hold safe-custody documents on their behalf.
